Clever Phone Numbers

Clever Phone allows you to reserve and un a phone number called Clever Phone.

You have the choice between a dedicated number, or , a shared number. In this last case, you'll receive an extension (4 digits) that identifies you on the shared phone number.

Thanks to you Clever Phone, you can manage you incoming calls on your Clever Phone. Indeed, you can redirect your calls to:
  • - a phone number of you choice
  • - your voicemail associated to you Clever Phone number (your messages being delivered via email)


Incoming calls management and transfer rules

Clever Phone allows you to manage your incoming calls using transfer rules.

There are three different transfert rules :
  • - the default rule
  • - the recurrent rule
  • - the temporary rule

The predifined transfer rule allows you to transfer all calls inconditionally (whatever the time or date) to the phone number of your choice.

The recurring transfer rule allows you to transfer all calls during a particular day of the week, and/or according to a certain time frame, towards the phone number of your choice. For example : you can decide to transfer all your cPhone calls to your mobile/home line every mondays from 8:00 till 12:00.
There are no limits to the number of recurring rules.

The temporary transfer rule allows you to transfer all calls for a specific period, also according to a certain time frame, to the phone number of your choice. For example : you can have all your cPhone calls transfered to your holiday retreat from July, 10th until July, 18th, between 8 am and 6 pm.
There are no limits to the number of temporary rules.

Every cPhone supports an unlimited number of transfer rules to allow you the best experience possible in managing all your incoming calls very easily and efficiently !


Clever Phone Credit

Except with our "Free Edition" subscriptions, you receive some Clever Phone credit for each one of your subscriptions.

With your Clever Phone credit, you can transfer your incoming calls to the phone number of your choice. The amount of credit (cost) associated to a transfer depends on the destination (Voicemail, national number, international number....).
